Synthesis of [O-14CH3] sinapic acid
Description
[O-14CH3] Sinapic acid was synthesized with a specific activity of 54 mCi/mmol. Radiolabelling was carried out on methyl-3-(4-benzyloxy 3-hydroxy 5-methoxy phenyl) 2-propenoate with high yield. The new synthesis is based on selective deprotection and protection of the phenolic function and acid functions of sinapic acid. (author)
