Point of view about the new norms

Description
The council of European Union has adopted new norms in radiation protection by the directive 96/29/Euratom: the annual exposure limits for workers come from 50 mSv by year to 100 mSv for 5 years (with a possibility to cumulate 50 mSv in one year) and for the public this limit comes from 5 mSv to 1 mSv by year.
