Instruction no IS-02 of 31 May 2001, issued by the Nuclear Safety Council, defining the format and contents of the individual radiological monitoring document (radiological record card), regulated by Royal Decree 413/1997, was published in the Spanish official Journal (BOE) no 187 of 6 August 2001.
