Description
The most common childhood disease is rhino sinusitis. Adequate treatment of acute rhino sinusitis is represented by nasal drops, nasal cavity toilette and other symptomatic treatment. Differential diagnosis of rhino sinusitis is important before recommendation of particular drops or nasal spray (decongestants, saline, antibiotics, corticosteroids). (author)
