Description
Investigation of effectiveness correlation of US-effect (within 5-17 MHz range) on electrophysical parameters of x=0.221-0.225 composition n-CdxHg1-xTe with different density of low-angle boundaries (LAB) is the aim of this paper. Variation effects of electrophysical parameters due to ''resonance'' US-effect is more essential in specimen with high density of LAB, as specific value of crystal, exposed to US-activation, is essentially higher, as well
