Procedure for separation and removing of uranium from aqueous media
Description
This invention is concerned with a procedure for separation and removing of uranium from aqueous media by means of anion exchangers with a high sorption ability for uranium. The procedure can be applied to uranium hydrometallurgy and sorption from sulfuric alkaline solutions or other uraniferous media. Better sorption values in comparison with other known procedures can be obtained in particular from sulfuric media in the strong acid range
