Revisiting the momentum-space study of runaway electrons during lightning initiation

Description

The runaway electron flow in momentum space in weakly ionized air is being revisited. On studying the runaway electron flow in momentum space it was shown that including the scattering of electrons shifts the critical energy for runaway electron generation to higher values.
