Method for preparation of tantalates niobates and vanadates of alkali and/or alkaline earth metals

Preparation of tantalates, niobates and vanadates of alkali and/or alkaline earth metals including mixing of tantalum or niobium or vanadium powders with nitrates of alkali and/or alkaline earth metalse pressing of the prepared mixture and its heat treatment is described. Tantalum or niobrium or vanadium pentoxide is added to the initial mixture and the prepared mixture is heated up to the critical temperature of thermal explosion. It is heated by current of commerical frequency or direct current at continuous compression of the pressed mixture
