Description
The events of 2001 showed that all the scenarios of hostility are possible. They can arise wherever and whenever and in one or several strategic places. The weapon can be of biological, chemical or radiological origin, used only or in a combined way. The consideration of this problem is for multiple and collective constituent. It implies an organization, methods of detection, a care of the injured persons and a public information. These various points were presented and discussed throughout this day. (N.C.)
