Scheduled DNA-synthesis after SUP and oral PUVA-treatment of psoriasis

Description
The results reveal that single doses of selective ultraviolet phototherapy (SUP) and of oral photochemotherapy (PUVA) give rise to a similar increase of epidermal cell proliferation in unaffected psoriatic skin 24 h after exposure. Affected psoriatic skin reacts to the same dose of SUP, but not to PUVA. (orig./AJ)
