Description

Co Fe Cu self assemble ternary alloy nano wire array with good crystallinity were fabricated by ac pulsed electrodeposition method into Aluminium anodic oxide. The effect of annealing process on the microstructure, magnetic properties and interaction of Co Fe Cu nano wire arrays was investigated. The XRD results showed that Cu has tendency to form the phase separation form Co Fe alloy structure and this causes to inhomogeneous of this alloys.
