Description
Labelling blood granulocytes presents two fields of interest: granulocyte kinetics and localization of deep-seated sites of infection. The authors have developed a new method of granulocyte separation and labelling. Its validity was tested in-vitro by a scanning electron microscope and by bactericidal and chemotactic assays. (orig.)
