Basic criteria in choosing materials for the equipment of NPP with WWER

Description
General principles of materials selection for NPP equipment based on operational conditions are reported. Main attention is given to the choice of criteria which are decisive for components of water-water power reactors. In this case the decisive factors are as follows: the provision of strength in general, resistance to brittle fracture, corrosion resistance. All materials used for manufacture of nuclear power plants should be certified in accordance with mentioned requirements

Представлены общие принципы выбора материалов для оборудования АЭС исходя из условий его работы. Основное внимание уделено выбору критериев, которые являются определяющими для элементов оборудования водо-водяных энергетических реакторов. При этом определяющими условиями является обеспечение общей прочности, коррозионной стойкости и сопротивления хрупкому разрушению. Все материалы, используемые для изготовления ядерных энергетических установок, должны быть аттестованы в соответствии с указанными требованиямиAdditional details
