Parameters nanodimensional zinc films deposited by the laser method in vacuum

  • 1. A.N.Sevchenko Research inst. of applied physical problems, Belarusian state univ., Minsk, (Belarus)

Description

The investigation of the thickness and structure of a zinc films surface produced by the laser-plasma deposition has been carried out. The dependence of a film thickness and surface structure from laser radiation intensity has been determined. Threshold intensity has been determined when an evaporation of a target material begins.
