The study on the hot technology of the worldwide thermonuclear fusion reactor patents from the perspective of IPC classification

  • 1. China Institute of Atomic Energy, Beijing (China)

Description

By studying systematically the hot technology of the worldwide thermonuclear fusion reactor patents from the perspective of IPC classification, the article found that the patent application focused on the technology field of G21B, H05H, C22C, C23C, B23K etc. The vast majority of patent technology opened abroad at present not only didn't apply in China but also lost the opportunity to claim the priority basically. Hence these patents don't threaten our research and development work. It is a scarce opportunity for our research units to use advanced technology for reference and improve the starting point of scientific research. (authors)
