Monitoring for environmental radioactivity at the Karlsruhe Nuclear Research Center in 1980

Description

Part 1 of this report (extract of chapter 5.3 from KfK Report 3113) is a summarizing representation of measured results obtained in 1980. The routine environmental monitoring program as approved by the competent supervising authority of the state of Baden-Wuerttemberg was tabulated in Part 2. The comprehensive data section (Part 3) of the report contains all the individual measurement results from the routine measurement program. The measured values prove that in 1980 operation of the nuclear facilities of the Center caused at no time an inadmissible radiation burden on the population living in the vicinity. (orig./HP)

Abstract (German)

Teil 1 des vorliegenden Berichtes (Auszug von Kapitel 5.3 aus KfK-Bericht 3113) gibt eine zusammenfassende Darstellung der 1980 gewonnenen Messergebnisse. Das von der zustaendigen Aufsichtsbehoerde des Landes Baden-Wuerttemberg genehmigte Programm zur routinemaessigen Umgebungsueberwachung wurde in Teil 2 tabellarisch dargestellt. In dem umfangreichen Datenteil (Teil 3) des Berichtes wurden alle Einzelmessergebnisse des Routinemessprogrammes zusammengestellt. Die Messwerte belegen, dass der Betrieb der kerntechnischen Anlagen des Zentrums 1980 zu keinem Zeitpunkt zu einer unzulaessigen Strahlenbelastung der Bevoelkerung in der Umgebung gefuehrt hat.
