Phase diagrams, photoconductivity and electrical properties of antimony and bismuth halogenchalcogenides

Description
Films of Sbsub(x)Bisub(1-x)SI were obtained. The parameters of deep traps, their densities in textured films and three-dimensional crystals correspond to each other, whereas the concentrations of the low-temperature centres are much higher than in three-dimensional crystals. In the case of epitaxial structures, the differences in the parameters of the local centres, the photoconductivity, and the optical properties of the films and crystals can be neglected in practical work
