Program for preliminary processing of the time-of-flight spectra of elastic and inelastic scattered fast neutrons

The arrangement and contents of an ALGOL - program is described. The program realizes the successive stages of preliminary treatment of measured time-of-flight spectra. Along with preliminary treatment standard operations the program makes the following: the reorganization of pulses channel distribution to the time-of-flight scale taking into account the spectrometer differential non-linearity; the conversion of the time spectrum into the energy one; the correction for multiple scattering and absorption within the sample; the correction for anisotropy of primary neutrons space distribution; the conversion of twice differential cross section into a mass centre system
