Hydrophilic proteins - electrophoresis and quantitative densitometric determination

Description
Knowledge concerning the relative distribution and absolute concentrations of differnet protein components in complex systems (blood plasma, milk) is of analytical as well as of technological interest. Direct determination of the protein components is made possible by a combination of electrophoretic separation and densitometric evaluation. (orig.)

Die Kenntnis der relativen Verteilung und der absoluten Konzentrationen der einzelnen Proteinbestandteile in komplexen Systemen (Blutplasma, Milch) ist sowohl von analytischem als auch technologischem Interesse. Durch die Kombination von elektrophoretischer Auftrennung und densitometrischer Auswertung ist die Direktbestimmung der Proteinkomponenten moeglich. (orig.)Additional details
