Integration of manpower in nuclear engineering

The integration of manpower at Framatome has been carried out in several stages: (1) setting up of teams - recruitment of highly qualified nuclear specialists and engineers; (2) acquisition of a common background or amalgamation of teams - training in nuclear subjects and quality assurance; (3) reception and integration of new staff and visits to factories, training periods and contacts with schools. The author shows how problems of this integration process have been solved. (author)
