Description
ICRF heated plasmas with low momentum input were carried out on ASDEX Upgrade with reversed ∇B drift direction with counter-Ip beam injection blips for diagnostic. Corotation has been observed in both L- and H-modes with no significant difference in the magnitude of Vφ. The rotation profiles were found to be flat suggesting that the toroidal momentum could be driven from the plasma edge
