Accuracy estimate of rare earth chemical-spectral determination in geologic samples
Creators
Description
The previously developed chemical-spectral technique (emission spectral analysis with preliminary chemical enrichment) determining all rare earths in rocks and minerals for the possibility of account of superposition of cyan bands on samarium and europium analytical lines is improved. Accuracy estimate is performed by means of standard samples. Relative standard deviation of reproducibility for different elements is 0.1-0.40. The found concentrations for most cases do not overstep the limits of confidence intervals of certified concentrations
