Preliminary spectral distribution study in the lower f-p shell
Description
The spectral distribution method is used to calculate binding energies for elements in the shell-modell f-p shell using remormalized Sussex interaction matrix elements appropriate to a 40Ca core. Comparison is made between Coulomb corrected empirical values and the results of the above calculation. (orig.)
