Study on the extraction separation of Rh from Pt, Pd, Ir by radiotracer method

Description
In this work the extraction of Pt, Pd, Ir by TOA-kerosine under different conditions is studied. In HCl medium of low acidity Rh is quantitatively separated from Pt, Pd, Ir by TOA-kerosine as extractant. The equilibriium time of extraction is short and the split phase rate is fast. The extractant can be used by cyclic regeneration. By this method, the purity of metal produce Rh is about > 99%
