Description
Present article is devoted to study of water-absorbing capacity of pectin polysaccharides of sunflower. Regularities of the process of hydrogel swelling of sunflower basket in a wide ph range have been studied. The kinetic parameters of this process have been defined. The possible reactions followed this process have been determined.
