A new method of fluorohydroxotellurates(6) preparation

Description
The method of 19F NMR has been used to study fluorohydroxotellurates, prepared during interaction of Te(OH)6 with 40% HF under different conditions. Pyridine was introduced into the system and evaporated until dry with the following dissolving in acetonitrile and in the water for the purpose of more deep hydrofluorination of the Te(OH)6 with 40% HF. A new method of fluorohydroxotellurate preparation, based on oxidation of TeO2 solution in HF by hydrogen peroxide is proposed. Acidic properties of fluorohydroxotellurate isomers containing 2 and 3 fluorine atoms as well as effect of dissociation of fluoro-tellurates on the 19F chemical shift and constants of spin-spin interaction 125Te-19F are discussed
