Hydrodynamic boundary conditions and cooling in superfluid 3He

Description
In their superfluid state, 3He and 4He need different hydrodynamic boundary conditions. These have been derived and applied to various experimentally relevant situations, expecially cooling. While one surface transport coefficient, the Kapitza resistance, is sufficient to account for any cooling setup in 4He, three are needed in 3He
