Description
In this paper, we introduce the method of container cleaning-rotating method, put forward the existing problems, A new method of container cleaning is proposed for the existing problems, that is spray method, through the design of the spray method and a detailed introduction to the field test of the cleaning vessel by spray method, analysis of test results, put forward the existing problems and solutions, it is feasible to draw the spray method to clean the container. At the same time, the paper introduces the design structure of the new device and the operation process of the new method in the application of the spray method in the actual production. Compared with the old and new technology, the new method has been reduced, waste liquid production from 500 liters to 200 liters per unit, and without the use of chemical reagents and steam.
