Neutron spherical optical potential parameters for 238∼242Pu below 20 MeV
Description
A set of neutron spherical optical potential parameters for 238∼242Pu below 20 MeV is obtained by using the auto-searching optimum optical potential parameters code APFO96 based on latest available experimental data of total cross sections σt, nonelastic cross sections σnon, elastic differential cross section σel(θ), and systematics. The calculated results of σ1, σnon, σel(θ) for 238∼242Pu are compared with available experimental data, CENDL-2 and other evaluated data files. Theoretical calculations and experimental data are in agreement fairly good. The set of neutron spherical optical potential parameters for 238∼242Pu below 20 MeV are recommended for CENDL-3 actinides nuclei FUNF preequilibrium and equilibrium statistical calculations and evaluations
