Determination of magnetic structure of substance based on neutron diffraction experiment data

Description

The technique based on the experimental neutron diffraction data is developed for determination of the magnetic structure in solid solutions with the high symmetry. The theoretical junction of the elastic magnetic neutron scattering is considered. The examples of definition of magnetic structures of alloys Fe(Pd1-xPt)3, Fe(Pt1-xAu)3, (Mn1-xFex)Pt, (Fe1-xMnx)Pt by means of the proposed method are presented. The neutron diffraction images obtained with the resolution equal to 10-2 are used for the recognition of the magnetic structures of these alloys

Для определения магнитной структуры в твердых растворах сплавов с высокой симметрией разработана методика, которая базируется на данных нейтронодифракционных экспериментов. Рассмотрено теоретическое обоснование метода упругого магнитного рассеяния нейтронов. Представлены примеры определения магнитных структур сплавов Fe(Pd1-xPt)3, Fe(Pt1-xAu)3, (Mn1-xFex)Pt и (Fe1-xMnx)Pt с помощью предложенной методики. Для восстановления магнитных структур этих сплавов использованы нейтронограммы, полученные с разрешением 10-2
