Homogeneity of composite field in fast electron irradiation
Description
During the irradiation of large surfaces with a fast electron beam the problem arises of the configuration of the individual fields. The measurement made for the correct location of neighbouring fields is described. The necessity is emphasized of the accurate adjustment of the edges of fields with regard to the possible occurrence of inhomogeneities. (author)
