Studies of stability of complex of Tc and Re, their applications in radiopharmacy

Description

A comparative study of the structure and chemical reactivity of analogous Tc and Re coordination compounds was performed. The complexes /MO2(amine)2/+ (M = Tc, Re; amine = en, tn, dien, trien) were prepared and fully characterized. Different psycho chemical properties of the compounds were studied including thermodynamic stability, protein binding, lipophilicity, etc. The comparative analysis of the results contributed to understand the differences in the biological behavior of Tc and Re radiopharmaceuticals
