On the way to the solution of a solar flare nature

Creators

Description

The nature of solar flares is popularly discussed. According to modern models flares are conditioned by the accumulation of magnetic energy in the solar chromosphere and the corona. In the framework of the Sirovatsky S. U. model three phases of flare development are considered. The initial phase is the durable process of appearance and formation of the current layer. The current layer slowly evolutes and achieves the critical state when explosion or pulsed flare phase starts. At the third or hot flare phase high temperature range of magnetic reconnection exists in the crown
