Sapho Syndrome. Presentation of the first case in Colombia
Description
The SAPHO syndrome (synovitis, acne, pustulosis, hyperostosis, and osteitis) is characterized by simultaneous involvement of skin, joints and bone. In this paper we presented the first case of SAPHO in Colombia and reviewed the most out standing aspects of the literature with respect to this syndrome
