Electrical properties of W and Nb films obtained in a Penning discharge

Description
The resistivity superconducting transition temperature, mean free path of the conduction electrons, electrical properties, and thermal coefficient of resistivity have been measured for W and Nb films deposited on glass on NuCl in a Penning discharge. Variations in resistivity and superconducting transition temperature with film thickness (200Ac(<2000A) have also been determined
