Peculiarities of H-centers stabilization at 80 K in elastic-stressed KBr-Na crystals
Description
Elastic stress influence on defect formation process in KBr-Na under constant temperature (80 K) in isodose regime is studied . It was defined that stabilization of interstice H-centers in KBr-Na directly depends from elastic stress. In cause of mechanical stress absence H-centers stabilizing with formation of Br3- - centers, and in cause of presence - in form of HA(Na+) - centers. Principal conclusion is as follow: long-range attraction between H-centers disappears under mechanical stress application, that it is reflecting in essential fall of effectiveness of Br2- - centers formation and stabilization of H-centers around impurity sodium ions is straightening as well
