Description
Consideration is given to results of studying stationary and nonstationary deuterium diffusion through palladium membrane under conditions of (α-β)-transformation, taking place in D-Pd system. Direct nuclear-physical method, based on detection of recoil nuclei, which occur under membrane irradiation by 14 MeV neutrons, was used for investigation. Motion of D-Pd system interface in stationary process of deuterium penetration through palladium membrane and its form in stationary process are investigated. It is shown that phase transformations in membrane are accompanied by disruption of monotony of the curve of outgoing deuterium flux. Anomalous temperature dependence of hidrogen permeability of palladium membranes was revealed during back β-α-transformation. Kinetic model of hydrogen diffusion through two-phase region, which enabled to explain the experimental data, was developed
