A moessbauer study of 57Fe implanted in Cu: Part I
- 1. Academia Sinica, Shanghai (China). Shanghai Inst. of Nuclear Research
Description
The annealing behavior of supersaturated solid solution Cu-Fe produced by implanting 57Fe ion into copper film at dose of 1 x 101657Fe at./cm2 have been studied by CEMS. During annealing the transition of γ-Fe phase and isolated iron atoms into α-Fe phase was observed below 440 deg C. The temperature for vacancies trapped by isolated iron atoms is at about 300 deg C, and the dissolving temperature of α-Fe phase and the bulk diffusion temperature were between 520-600 deg C
