Transfer cross sections, transport collision frequencies and transport coefficients for elastic collisions
Description
Grad's 13-moment approximation for the derivation of balance equations from the Boltzmann equation is generalized to multitemperature plasmas. The coefficients of the collision moments and the transport coefficients are expressed by suitably defined transport collision frequencies. (author)
