Influencing of annealing on near and middle ranks of atomic structure and optic properties of amorphous scum As2S3

Description

This work devoted of revealing link between changes of optical properties scum As2S3 and their atomic structure on level of near and middle ranks. Changes of optic properties achieved by annealing freshly prepared scum. Scum As2S3 received by methods of heat evaporation in vacuum (HE-scum) and high quality ion-plasma jet spraying (HQ-scum). Atomic structure of amorphous scum (near and middle rank in disposition of the atoms) researching by methods of x-ray diffraction with using of radiation KαCu ( λ =1.5418 A). By the special formula calculated functions of radial distribution atoms. With analyses of received results due, that on annealing HE- and HQ-scum α-As2S3 principal changes proceeds in optical width of forbidden zone and extended of domain localized regulation structure. Thus, correlation between changes of atomic structure scum α-As2S3 on level middle rank and optic width their forbidden zone has placed
