Physical diversity in the formation of alarm signals for VVER NPPs using neutron-physical parameters

Description
The paper discusses the availability and conditions of applying the principle of physical diversity of neutron-physical parameter signals in relation to VVER NPPs. The possibility to use signals from conventional systems of neutron flux monitoring (ex-core) and signals from new instrumentation based on the in-core instrumentation system is analyzed.
