Investigation of structural particularities of tri(μ-chloro)-bis[trichloromolybdates(3)] of pyridinium and piperidinium
Description
X-ray diffraction structural study of pyridinium (1) and piperidinium (2) tri (μ-chloro)-bis-(trichloromolybdates (3)) diffractometer CAD4F, lambda MoKsub(α), direct methods, anisotropic refining, R=0.032 according to 2723 reflections for 1, R=0.041 according to 1337 reflections for(2) has been carried out. Crystals of 1 are monoclinic: a=14.637(2) A, b=18.709(4) A, c=9.485(3) A, γ=101.90(1) deg, Z=4, sp.gr. P21/b. Crystals of 2 are rhombic: a=14.966(5) A, b=12.530(4) A, c=30.27) A(2, Z=8, sp.gr. Pbca. Anions of Mo2Cl93- in both compounds present two distorted octahedrons with a joint face inside each of it one Mo atom being located. The Mo-Mo distance in 1 is 2.685(1) A, in 2 - 2.734(1) A, Anion distortions of the compounds studied are analyzed. A supposition is made on the reason for the distortions
