Methods: 51 cases with differentiated thyroid carcinoma after operation were undertook 131I treatment and dynamic observation with SPECT scan. Results: 5 cases, with thyroid and lung positive at the first SPECT scan image became both negative by the end of treatment. 35 cases, with lung negative but thyroid clearly, positive at the first SPECT scan image also became both negative.
