Formation of solid solutions in multicomponent oxide systems
- 1. Rostovskij-na-Donu Gosudarstvennyj Univ. (USSR). Nauchno-Issledovatel'skij Inst. Fiziki
Description
Succession in phase appearance is studied when synthe-- sizing solid solutions of two three-component and one four-component systems containing lead titanate and lead zirconate niobium- and tungsten containing components. X-ray diffraction study of solid-phase reactions of the formation of solid solutions of lead containing complex oxides with the perovskite-type structure in three- and four-component systems has shown that the solid solution synthesis is accompanied by separation of intermediate products-binary and ternary oxides and solid solutions on their base, the interaction of which results in preparing solid solution of required composition
