Structural characterization, morphological and the magnetic composite of PVDF / Pani / Nickel

Description

The incorporation of conductive fillers and the discovery of intrinsic conductive polymers in the preparation of conductive blends and composites have great emphasis in research. In our study, morphologic, structural and magnetic properties of composite PVDF / Pani with the incorporation of nickel particles by physically mixing the resulting powder with the synthesis of polymeric material were studied. Flexible and homogeneous films were obtained by pressing at 180 ° C. Diffraction analysis (XRD), magnetic survey (M-H) rays were done, and scanning (SEM) electron microscopy. The results showed characteristic X-ray peaks of α phase of PVDF and the nickel particles, the micrographs confirmed the presence of the nickel particles homogeneously dispersed throughout the film. The magnetic survey showed that the composite passes a diamagnetic behavior for the presence of ferromagnetic particles.(author)
