Roentgenography with direct manyfold magnification in primary deforming osteoarthrosis

53 patients with primary deforming osteoarthrosis (PDOA) are examined. Besides usual roentgenography of fingers, all patients are subjected to roentgenography with direct multiple increase of X-ray image. Despite different degree of PDOA expressivity, there are characteristic features of the roentgenologic image, that permits to detect the eartiest PDOA characters - cystoline change of epiphyses and small osteophytes
