Kinetics of homogeneous nicleation in sulution-melt of In-P system

Description
A study was made on the effect of melt doping and cooling rate on critical supercooling of liquid phase, corresponding to spontaneous nucleation. Zn, Sn, Bi and Gd were used as doping impurities. It is shown that doping impurities extend the temperature limit of existence of metastable single-phase solution
