Description
The Agency received from the Czech Republic on 18 May 2009 and from the European Atomic Energy Community on 1 October 2009, the notifications required by Article 23(a) of the Agreement. Accordingly, the Agreement entered into force for the Czech Republic on 1 October 2009.

Agentstvo poluchilo ot Cheshskoj Respubliki 18 maja 2009 goda i ot Evropejskog soobshhestva po atomnoj jenergii 1 oktjabrja 2009 goda uvedomlenija, predusmotrennye stat'e 23 a) Soglashenija. Takim obrazom, Soglashenie vstupilo v silu dlja Cheshsko Respubliki 1 oktjabrja 2009 goda.
