Polarization phenomena in (p-vector, p') - scattering at ep ∼ 20 MeV in case of excitation of different 2+ and 4+ states of 58,60Ni

Description
A macroscopic analysis inelastic scattering of polarized protons on the 58,60Ni nuclei at Ep = 18.6 MeV. It is found that the deformation value of the spin-orbital potential in cases of excitation of the levels 21+, 23+, 24+, 41+58Ni and 21+60Ni is equal to the central potential deformation. In case of the states 22+ (E* = 2.77 MeV) and 42+ (3.62 MeV) 58Ni, the spin-orbital potential deformation exceeds the central potential one by a factor of 2-3
