Description
Among various iodinated butyrophenones synthesized, 2'-iodospiroperidol (2'-ISP) has shown in vitro, high binding affinity for cerebral striatal dopamine receptors. Biodistribution of 2'-ISP in various regions of the mouse brain was screened by comparative studies with the iodinated derivatives 4-iodospiroperidol(4-ISP) and 4'-iodospiroperidol(4'-ISP). (author)
